Do you have intermittent electrical issues?

➡️Customer contacted us querying what could be causing their power to drop out, lights flickering and appliances not running cycles fully such as washing machines and tumble drier. They aren’t the only ones in the street.

❓What to do about it?

💡We have just fitted a cloud based CT monitor at the incomer of the property - this will give us clear data in the coming weeks about peak power usage and average consumption. There are quite a few new build properties in the area which could be putting strain on the supply transformer to a point that it can’t keep up - but before we approach the DNO, we need to be clear that it’s not localised to here and next door ✅

This time just a quick one - a couple of old fluorescent lights swapped out back of house to keep those sausage baps and deliveries flowing 🙌🏻

Easy to deal with, know what they want, and pay on time - hard to beat!

Oh, and the petrol and diesel is always keenly priced 😏

We’ve been fairly quiet on the socials due to the sheer amount of work we have to get through - all at our consistently industry leading standards!

A fantastic evening attending .i.panc ‘s ball yesterday evening supporting both my wife in her PHD and essential fundraising for all the NIPANC do.

For those who don’t know, I have a special interest in pancreas’ in particular as I was diagnosed around this time last year with Type 1 Diabetes - so always interesting to hear all about the research going on with my faulty part… albeit well beyond my abilities!

‼️MINI PROJECT - BERKHAMSTED: ON-TIME AND ON-BUDGET❣️‼️

We’re often asked if we do small jobs - that answer is most definitely a yes, with some planning of course!

➡️We were asked at the end of July to price down lights and a consumer unit upgrade for a customer on the skirts of London. With a few videos sent over from the customer, we were able to price and travel over with the correct materials.

➡️Why us, when we’re so far away? That’s a simple one - quality and workmanship. It’s always at the forefront of what we do!

Another job in the books and another experience of ferries, travelling and good organisation.

🤩PROJECT COMPLETE🤩

Have a look at how our big project at Ballinderry has turned out 🎉

Complete kitchen power and lighting design & wiring carried out with a few nice extras such as:
✅Quooker tap
✅Microwave combi oven
✅Induction hob
✅Satin chrome finishes
✅Infrared sensors for coffee station lighting

All this along with a new 3 zone heating system pieced together with our trusted partner BTK Services.

These customers knew they were in for a project, but maybe didn’t realise quite how big… Working alongside them every step of the way with clear communication throughout is what we pride ourselves on, and we think it kept these clients sane!

Having seen the ongoing quality we strive to provide, we were then asked to match all satin chrome faceplates throughout the house - and if we do say so… wow what a difference 👌🏻

Best of luck to these clients as they settle in to their fantastic new space. It’s been a pleasure!
