SleepSoc SleepSoc is worn on the feet and changes the skin surface from skin-air to skin-copper. SleepSoc mimics this relaxing effect on the feet when paddling in water.

This has the effect of making the body have a lower electric potential or higher electric conductivity, at the base or lowest point of the body/anatomy. This would be like standing in water when the body suddenly recognises the lower potential and begins to relax with it. This relaxation can affect many physiological processes and countless different behaviours. When in bed, this relaxing effect helps to increase the length and restfulness of sleep.
