Cloak room finished ready for wall paper which will be put in by the designer of the project…was a complete rip out as previous post, flooring ripped out and sealed, primed then levelled with compound. Cladding sheets cut and lined up and fixed to walls and new boxing frames.
New flooring laid before skirtings beading and dado rail fitted. Then two coats of diamond eggshell (ashes of roses) once filled and sanded so plumber could fit new sanitary wear and radiator back in, Touch up and finish.
