The site was captured using terrestrial LiDAR, producing a single registered point cloud covering the exterior mound, entrance passage, and internal chamber of Bryn Celli Ddu. The scan picks up structural detail throughout, including the circular shape of the mound, stone kerbs, and the alignment of the passage leading into the tomb. This dataset forms the basis for measurement, analysis, and further modelling.

This single pattern stone at Bryn Celli Ddu and located at the rear of the tomb has faint concentric patterning that can be seen on its surface. Using LiDAR scans and photogrammetry methods, we produced 3D models that capture the detail and texture of the stone for visualisation and reference. Point clouds were used for accuracy and measurement, while the mesh models provide cleaner outputs for viewing.
