On the field again today in this lovely sunny day. Today we performed a brain surgery on a sid208 from a Peugeot boxer 2012.

The van was in need for a dpf and egr fix, and while there customer also opted for a stage 1 tune to add a bit more muscle when transporting those heavy weights.

productive day today.

There is a good reason why we work with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea and that is translated trough fantastic results all the time. Can't praise him enough for the good work he's been doing throughout our collaboration.

BMW e90 LCI 318d - Ecu EDC17C41 - read/write via bench method.
For our customer today, we had a stage 1+ with dpf and egr fix. Customer opted also for an upgraded downpipe to help the gases flow easier.

Unfortunately when picking up the cars FRM module decided to corrupt itself and cut the functionality of front windows and lights/signals in the car. Well nothing new we can't do here at MGL Performance so we got that fixed too.

Second one is a personal car , BMW F10 518d LCI 150bhp stock.

Car was already tuned to a stage 1 and had a questionable dpf and egr delete done before the purchase. Downpipe was installed as a recent upgrade and services carried on every 6k miles

Talked to Ionut and basically gave him free hand to do what he thinks its best for the car... and the results are hard to describe. It feels like a totally different car, with a correct dpf and egr solution, an improved throttle response, deep idle mod and also a standing and rolling hard cut... Pure madness what came out from a 518d 150bhp BMW.

Again all my respects for this wizard and his skills💪🍻.

Another day on the job, this time a Vauxhall Insignia 2.0cdti with a few issues that were on the list.
Together with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea we applied the magical DPF & EGR solution reducing the headaches this car has. On the diagnostic tool we got only a few errors left, but the turbo actuator ones will probably show up again and some extra parts need replacing so the car will work back again as it should as they are mechanical issues.

ECU we worked on was EDC17C59
Reading and writing performed via bench method for a safe and stable operation💪

Mercedes Sprinter 2011 today in for a dpf and egr solution and injector coding after being replaced

Job sorted out with success with the help of Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea , a collaboration that always brings the best results.

Due to a wiring issue with the coolant temperature sensor we couldn't fully reset the recalibration of the injectors due to temperature requested needed to be more than 80° and the sensor was recording -7° after 15 min of running. Advised customer to have the issue checked with an electrician and after that we can perform the reset correctly so everything works as it should without any other errors

✅New double black gloss grills
✅New thermostat
✅New water pump
✅New pcv valve
✅New belt tensioner and belts
✅Full service

💵Gearbox service
💵Gearbox tune and she'll be a little 🚀

Peugeot 308 2014 1.6eHdi- Sid807Evo ecu
- Read/Write done in boot mode (more due to tool limitation temporarily but in plan to get that sorted soon.

"Full house treatment" and got it back on the road.

Second one a Mazda CX5 2.2 skyactive - Denso SH9 Ecu
-Read/Write via OBD💪

Initially the car was low on power and another garage recommended the customer to go for a dpf solution...issue still persisted and in the end one of the main reasons causing the loss of power was a differential pressure sensor. Since then the car was smoking badly from idle and while driving.

We made a quick diagnostic and while trying a new solution we discovered that some other maps were modified in an attempt of a stage 1 tune( far away from what needs modifying). Also learned injector values were all over the place and we couldn't reset them. Injectors also had a slight louder ticking noise and all exhaust was wet/oily pointing to other slight mechanical issues

We restored the setup to original and applied an adjusted dpf solution to try to fix the smoking issues. The new solution allowed us to re-learn and reset the injector values. After that the smoking was reduced significantly and just giving a small amount under hard acceleration and close to nothing on idle.. way better than the cloud of smoke that was doing before even on idle.

Happy we managed to get both cars functional in a better state and customers were happy with the outcome.

Jaguar F-Pace 2.0 diesel 2016 in today with AdBlue countdown with 400 miles remaining, after customer had numerous parts replaced related to the adblue system.

Ecu was a MEDC 17.9 and the reading/writing was done via bench method

✅AdBlue solution applied

Advised customer to keep an eye on the injector and egr faults that showed up at the initial scan. After adblue solution was applied, we cleared the errors and the other ones didn't show up anymore on the test drive.

Today we had a customer with a Peugeot Boxer 2018 with adblue issues.
Ecu was a Delphi dcm6.2c and we worked via obd✅💪
Our collaboration with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea made sure the customer got his car back on the road functional💪👍

As a second one today..still a Peugeot Boxer but 2020 this time. We've been requested to clone this Delphi DCM 7.1b as the old ecu had some component failing and stopping injection on one of the cylinders.

Clone 1 to 1 performed via boot mode, old ecu fully backed up and data transferred to the new ecu.
