We got to work by removing the old tired looking guttering and replacing the soffits, fascia’s and guttering to the front and rear of this property.

After a few months of waiting for a new gas meter to be fitted this full house renovation can finally be handed over.
Works carried out consisted of a brand new stair case, downstairs floors levelled and screeded, full electrical rewire.
A stunning howdens neutral kitchen fitted and brand new bathroom suite.
Plumbing work carried out by -AJ heating and plumbing
Electrical work carried out by - Dadson electrical LTD
The house has a nice fresh feel to it ready for the new tenants to move in.

The customer left for there holidays this morning, we were straight in and ripping out !
They are back Thursday to a brand new bathroom ! Watch out for the end result !

Rotting timbers meant a new roof on the existing extension which had been poorly built

New ceiling and structural supports put in to stop the sagging in the existing roof
