Well, after two years of smooth sailing, I must be doing something right—two negative reviews have arrived within 1 hour of each other!

One reviewer’s a dead ringer for Eggsy from Kingsman—didn’t know I’d be on a spy’s radar. Apparently he ordered "Fancy locks". I don't sell fancy locks, only secure ones! The other is from London, but I don’t offer 100-mile lockouts, so not sure who they met!

Fun fact: it seems one of them actually sells “positive reviews". How ironic. In all seriousness, I don’t take upfront payments, all my genuine customers know this and I’m grateful for my genuine customers—your trust is what counts!

It was opening day Mallories Pantry today so as it's only 5 mins up the road, I thought it'd be rude to not pop in and grab some lunch. It's well worth a visit if you're in the area. Decent coffee!
