In a nutshell, the customer gave us a vision (using AI) 📸 which we then tweaked and delivered - featuring..

- 600x600 ‘Beige Stone Effect’ porcelain tiles ⬜️ (finished with almond grout)
- ‘Cotswold Stone’ gravel 🪨
- Raised sleeper planting beds 🪵🌺
- Fresh top soil and turf 🪏
- Brand new, contemporary Venetian fencing 👌🏻

Completion of this BIG garden makeover brings to an end to all of our work on this property in Hinckley over the last 12 months (double storey side extension, garden renovation, brand new fencing) 🏠🪴🪵

- 60sq metres of lavish 600x900 ‘Crossover Bianco’ porcelain tiles ⬜️ (finished with silver grey grout)
- Full porcelain treads and risers on the steps, including lighting 💡
- Fully framed raised sleeper planting beds 🪵🌺
- Block paved border finished with Cotswold stone gravel 🪨
- Finishing touches to be completed by the customer 🌳🌸

Recently completed brick wall (front garden) in Leicester, consisting of - white cement, light building sand, Wienerberger 65mm ‘Apollo Red’ multi brick and a cream decorative course running along the top.. 🏠🧱

Recently completed garage conversion in Hinckley, for a customer who was looking to better utilise an unused garage space by transforming it in to a spacious office for home working! 💻📝

On this occasion, the customer wanted to complete the flooring/skirting themselves, and fully decorate, so that will follow now we’ve completed our part.. 🏠🎨

All hands on deck in Hinckley today as we make a start on what can only be described as a MASSIVE ground floor renovation, which’ll include - structural/layout changes, full garage conversion, creation of an open plan kitchen/living space, brand new bifold doors and more.. 🏠🔜

Old, rotten double bay successfully freshened up in Burbage yesterday.. 🏚️🗑️

Whilst propped up on acrows - we ripped out the old windows, completely rebuilt the bay, fitted brand new windows (alongside C.Wheelers Windows) and then installed new cement boards ready for external rendering next week 🏠🪟

Another week, and that’s another garden renovation completed 🪴😅 featuring..

- Retaining sleeper wall and raised sleeper planting beds 🪵
- New linear drainage system 💦
- Patio area, using 600x900 porcelain tiles ⬜️
- Cotswold stone gravel 🪨
- New back gate (fitted by OT Fencing 👏🏻)

Thanks for your hospitality throughout Marie Hilliar, especially during the heatwave 🥵😂 really hope you, Eddy Nisevic (All Leeds Aren’t We 🤍) and the kids are enjoying your new garden! 😁

Another garden renovation we completed in ‘Costa del Shilton’ last week.. 🪴😅

In a nutshell - we got rid of the old council slabs (laid on mud) that’d sunk 🗑️ before we excavated, applied a new sub-base, laid brand new 600x600 dark grey textured concrete slabs ⬜️ and then finished it off with some limestone gravel 👌🏻
