Lovely emergency call out to multiple properties experiencing drainage issues this was due to man hole being blocked and fully charged lovely bit of clean up

Called for a faulty grease trap. Pump. This was due to bit of ball of grease jammed the blades on pump. Cleaned grease trap and pump tested and flowing

Called for a basement full of fat and grease. This was due to foul water Man hole was blocked. Cleared blockage. Then had a lovely visit from brooks waste to give us a hand with tanker just to vacuum rest of the mess up.
