This one knackered me this week had some right fun Spider-Manning up and down the tiles, I used to do scaffolding years ago but defo got the fear factor and squeaking bottom climbing up and down from here, luckily I don’t get too many of these and will think twice about using scaffolding. Emergency boiler replacement for a customer without heating and hot water! Hero or zero? Plumbing and heating life!

Went out to a boiler breakdown (failed to work,poor condition and coldest week,left picture) found that water had been dripping over time into the boiler from a plastic filter above rotted through the boiler casing! Ending up replacing boiler with a new 10 year warranty boiler and new filter- the customer had not had the boiler serviced for over 3 years maybe this could of been avoided if it had been serviced annually and repaired before so much damage was caused!

Clean through heating system & radiators, boiler and controls - ready for winter! = better efficiency

Upgraded customers radiators as old ones where poor to heat up, no trvs, and sludge
Systems all clear and nice and hot with trv controls ready for winter,this will improve there efficiency
