Part of good building is knowing what’s worth preserving, and having the skill and patience to bring it back to life.

Here, our in-house carpenters are carefully repairing the existing timber trusses, taking the time to retain as much of the original structure as possible.

As you can see, this is no small job. Years of wear and deterioration have left these timbers needing extensive repair, but rather than simply remove and replace, we’re investing the time and craftsmanship needed to preserve what makes this property unique.

For us, quality isn’t about taking the quickest route. It’s about making the most of what’s already there, respecting the building and its surroundings, and creating something that will stand the test of time.

True craftsmanship takes time. We think it’s worth it.

Progress continues at our project in Dunkerton.

The property has been stripped back, the staircase has been relocated, and new windows and doors are now in place.

With the layout taking shape and the main structural changes underway, the transformation is already starting to take form.

The finished result is still to come, but there’s plenty of progress to see.

We’re really happy with how this extension in Bath has turned out. Despite being a relatively small project, it’s packed with thoughtful details and features that make a real impact.

The project is all about precision, craftsmanship and high-quality finishes. From the crisp lines of the black cladding and carefully aligned reveals, to the substantial glazing and the oak window surround, every element has been thoughtfully designed and meticulously finished.

Progress on our rear extension and house renovation project at Westbury Terrace, from masonry to steel installations, marking a critical milestone.

Brute strength, grit and determination from the team, to install the steels. Our mason has done a lovely job pistoling the lintel blocks to conceal the steel support plate, for a more refined finish.
