What a day ☀️🕶🥵 for finishing off the back garden of our Prenton extension, lovely copper highlighted porcelain from with the cosmic black jointing compound, last finishing touches to the fence and little snags to do tomorrow then a big clean from front to back leave the place spotless ✨

Little peak inside our Prenton extension after being recently painted by CJC Contractors NW Ltd. Painting And Decorating Specialist Cameron making our interior work look pretty 🤣 Kitchen is booked in to be fitted at the end of the month. We are currently putting the finishing touches to the rear garden on this one, final pictures of the back to be posted this week 😬🤓🏡

Little knock through in Meols started this week, opening the back part of the house right up for a bigger kitchen/dining area, also creating the opening for an all glass internal double door, re routing of a couple radiators and minor electrics, all ready for the steel to be fitted on monday, finishing pictures to follow next week.

That’s the bi folds and windows in, real good quality stuff from paul at Unique windows and doors, these ones come with built in magnetic blinds, very handy.
Roof was tiled couple of weeks ago by with 4 electric keylite roof windows, never let you down these lads, top quality work all round 🏠🪟🔨

That’s the 1st fix plumbing and electrics all complete and ready for boarding on our 2nd Prenton wrap around extension, all electrics done by Mikey and jay from Elite Electrical Nice tidy work 👍⚡️Clients on this one have been amazing, really enjoyed this one. 😁
