A local independent electrical contractor based in Beckenham with over 10 years experience working in both domestic and commercial sectors. and hourly rate for fault finding and emergency call outs. All work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with the latest 18th edition of the IET wiring regulations BS7671. When you contact Lightning Steve Electrical, Steve answers, Steve comes to quote and Steve completes the work… not the apprentice, not a subcontractor nor anybody else. Its my name on the van and my reputation to maintain! I offer a full range of services including periodic inspection and testing, plus anything from full rewires to minor repairs and additions. I’m a proud member of the Competent Person Scheme through my trade association with Napit who carry out annual assessments of my work to ensure it is of the highest standards.
