If you’ve got an Ideal Boiler at Home, check the serial number on this website.

There is a MASSIVE product safety recall that needs to be addressed.

Website below shows you where the serial number is and if it’s affected and what to do.

In a small proportion of the affected range of boilers (approximately 1 in 10,000), if an excessive volume of air has become trapped inside the boiler in a fault condition, it could cause the boiler to overheat and fail.

Attended a GlowWorm boiler today for an annual service.

If your current Gas Engineer is not removing the case of your boiler on your annual service, then it’s NOT AN ANNUAL SERVICE.

This has been leaking emissions for a long time now. And is beyond Economical repair (15 yr old boiler). The case had also rusted through slightly. Had it been serviced correctly and regularly it could have lasted longer 😞

Works in Progress in Croydon.

Back to back basins, Toilets, a disabled toilet and a few sinks to install for a new bar (soon to be open).

Back tomorrow to finish most of our part before the floors go in 👌🏼

New Diverter Valve and Flow Sensor in this GlowWorm Ultracom 2.

Customer had been quoted over £650+vat to repair this boiler, we’ve saved him well over half of that and the hot water is back on.

Quick service en route home today of this Worcester Combination Boiler with no previous service history.

Checked the seals (which are highly likely to perforate and leak Carbon Monoxide) and they were fine.
Gas Pressures all good.

She’s purring away nicely 👌🏼
