Local Working Partner & Future Owner sought – Must live with five miles of Beckenham
I have spent the last three years building a well-regarded glazing repair business with a strong local brand in the Beckenham area. The foundation is set with a steady, manageable flow of trade but as I am now semi-retired I am looking for an active partner to help with the day-to-day physical work and to grow the business with me.
This will be an operational partnership, not a passive investment. I am not looking for a silent partner.
No Experience Necessary: Because full training will be given, industry experience is not required. I will provide comprehensive on-the-job training, teaching you everything you need to know about the trade while we work together.
The Role: You will be "on the tools" daily. This is a perfect opportunity for a younger, fit, and motivated individual ready to move from being an employee to a business owner.
The Investment: A buy-in is required for an immediate 50% stake in the partnership.
The Future: I intend to fully retire in a few years and will be looking for my partner to buy out my remaining half, giving you a clear path to 100% ownership of an established brand.
