One of our teams has just finished off in Hatfield. We have been supplying and fitting new timber, 2 layers of felt, fascia and guttering to out buildings on council owned properties. Using torch on and self adhesive TREMCO UK | Roofing materials. We are also very proud to say we now have our Chas accreditation 😀👍

Finished felting a roof today on one of our supply and fit jobs in Cambridge on an NHS building. Using TREMCO UK | Roofing materials. XENTOS CONSULTANTS LTD thanks for a great continued working relationship 👍

Finished a roof off in Wisbech this week using Bauder Flat Roofs materials for CWG Group Ltd. 600m of felt stripped and replaced including new insulation. Cladding is also getting replaced on this job and being mounted on 50mm insulated timber frames. Few more dormer roofs to tackle, this site will then be fully completed 👍

Managed to squeeze the completion of another roof in before end of play 2025.
Full strip of existing felt 300m
New Bauder Flat Roofs system with 140mm flat board installed.
Back in the new year to start the 600m block next door!

A logistically challenging and quite intimidating job completed today. We were asked to take on this job which had already been started by others and not completed for reasons unknown (I’m guessing the rip up played a big part)
Ashphalt, insulation, ashphalt and then 150mm of screed making these 2 roofs one of the most physically demanding jobs our operatives have ever done.
Never the less, 10 weeks later we have just finished and are very happy with the outcome finally! Full Sika roof installed to a very high standard for Stoic Roofing & Construction
To Cambridge tomorrow to start another project 👍

Some really detailed sumps completed today. The building was suffering with internal blockages of downpipes. L&P were instructed to whilst ripping up the existing roof, cut new channels out of the upstand and install new lead running into a hopper and external downpipe.
Very happy with the outcome of these and the client can now be confident in ruling out any further internal blockages and problems.

We completed another roof today in Stewartby inbetween the rain for Ice Roofing & Cladding! Using Hera Waterproofing Ltd materials we overlayed this 250m science block roof with a new 3 layer torch on system. Cladding and fascia work also completed on site 👍 thanks to all involved again!

A little property completed last week for Bailey MK Ltd using Langley materials.
Rip up and re deck. New nailed layer and vcl, insulation underlay and capsheet. Managing to keep it nice neat as always despite the heat we faced!
Looking forward to more ongoing work on this project!

L&P went on a ✈️ to Guernsey! ☀️
We supplied and installed the water proof covering to a balcony on a new build property by the coast! Using TREMCO UK | Roofing liquid systems.
Thanks to everyone involved again! We look forward to further projects in the future!
