Called Gary around 2pm Saturday, arrived 40 minutes later. Very professional, friendly and courteous technician. Nothing was a bother and had the lock and door alignment (which was very challenging) fitted within an hour. Cannot praise him enough. highly recommended.

A locksmith from a national chain who previously looked at my situation told me that his method of entry would leave my "obsolete" external door unsecured and incapable of being used again. This would leave me facing a bill of £2,000+ for a modern one (the like of which he said had already fitted in many homes elsewhere in my neighbourhood). I declined this offer.

After contacting Gary he attended promptly and used much diligence and skill to get past a troublesome jammed multipoint mechanism in my door. He then took time tailoring and fitting a new mechanism so that the door remained fully secure and usable. My saving was massive and I have no hesitation in recommending Gary.
