When we hear negative comments about trades that let customers down but sometimes something happens that’s out of the trades control and yes genuinely some just don’t communicate or never weigh in which is frustrating.

With us we always try to communicate as best as we can as we like to be organised.

We had a kitchen walls job booked in from months ago and I just happen to text this morning saying the tiler is going tomorrow as booked but got a response saying the worktops are not in and not due into next week!!

Now when was the customer going to let us know?

What happens if the trade could not book another job in tomorrow and lost a days pay?

Not having a go at the customer but it works both ways were a customer has as much responsibility to keep the trade up to date of progress.

They may lose their space now but you know the customer will give of if you can’t accommodate their new date.

Remember customers when a trade doesn’t weigh in for that quote or job it does no harm to text a few days before if they are coming ok.

We are looking for a semi-skilled worker with joinery skills to join our bathroom installation team.

Work will include:
• Stripping out tiles and boards
• Building stud walls
• Replacing walls and floors with new boards
• Tanking wet areas
• Planing doors
• Fitting bathroom accessories

Work may also include installing flooring and PVC panels.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Punctual
• Committed
• Courteous
• Honest and hardworking

Pay will reflect experience, with long-term work available for the right person.

What a busy week as we took on more than we usually do as i dont like pressure lol
But we got there.

3 x bathroom full renovations ✅
2 x 45m2 kitchen floors ✅
1 x new build ✅
1 x nuisance patch job that noone wanted for a builder i know tortured us to help him out 🤣
Completed a bathroom and new build from last week.

We keep our team small so we can give customers the best service they deserve but if there is any competent tilers who are confident in their work and well mannered we have space to offer a full time job.

Money paid weekly and a good wage for having work all set up for you and organised without all the drama of running about looking materials and other trades.

Due to continued demand, we are now fully booked for regular client work.

We’ve always believed that doing great work means staying focused — not overstretching. By keeping our client base selective, we ensure every client receives the highest level of service, attention, and consistency.

Rather than compromise on quality, we’ve made the decision to pause onboarding new regular clients.
