Another straightforward install done in Magheralin, County Down!

We’re halfway through the process, getting the charger on the wall and the mains connected. This customer is gearing up for their new BYD Seal next week, so we’re making sure everything’s ready to go.

We opted for the Sync charger — budget friendly and reliable, It does everything you need without breaking the bank.

Just because the charger is on the wall and has power doesn't mean the job's finished!

Before we leave, we ensure everything’s properly tested and commissioned. From connecting the charger to getting the customer set up on the app, we make sure they know how to schedule their charging on the cheaper night-rate tariff.

We even test it with their car or plug in our tester to confirm it’s all working perfectly. Once that’s done, they’re ready to go!

Believe it or not, my main concern is always safety. The CT clamp measures what your property is pulling energy-wise, and it's crucial for keeping everything in check. If you’ve got high-demand appliances like showers or hot tubs, we need to manage that load properly.

Every job I do is tested, and I provide a certificate for peace of mind. Setting parameters on the charger and using a CT clamp ensures your home stays safe while charging.

Moral of the story: You can buy the best charger out there, but if it isn’t installed properly, it’s a liability.
