Job done over the past few days. 🕑

Old window removed that had missing glass, and broken slates all around out.🪟

Chimney removed and slated over.🏠

Multiple slate repairs carried out.🔨

Cills all painted while scaffolding was up.🖌

In total we did over 200slates replaced, with the best match we could find possible.💪

New velux fitted, letting light into the landing on the top floor, without the water getting in anymore. 💧

What a difference it makes 👏

Chimney was blocked up with a paving stone. Customer was told the chimney was safe to use and even had it sweeped by someone who also should have known it was closed off.

Had they used the chimney they could have killed themselves, always make sure your chimney is safe if you plan to use it.

Also they had 2 plastic brick vents which would have caught fire/ melted.

Was a great experience, highly reccomend

All set up for another EPDM rubber roof training session tomorrow and then again Wednesday,

Chimney Knockdown today, this one turned out very well👌

Lead finish to cap the bricks 🧱, and even got a nice match for the anthracite fascia/gutters.

All woodwork added for structure, breathable felt and slated over.

Chimney to the right hand side is staying, so it is being grinded out and repointed/new lead flashing
