😎Sign off complete! This roof was suffering with terrible leaks and serious ponding, we introduced a fully bonded CTF insulation scheme on the worst areas, and flat board to the rest of the roof, Waterproofed using fully bonded fleeceback membrane.
All post details with pipework and cables on we opted to use siltecs F1 polyurethane liquid applied system. Cracking job! 😎

😎 Tilbury Docks!! Firings fixed over this concrete roof to create correct falls, and also to remove the failing gutter, we installed weather check trims to all perimeters and created our own falls to the outlets. Then, as always waterproofed using single-ply membrane mechanically fixed. Lovely job! 😎

😎 Works are progressing on our site in Bracknell. All original peg tiles are being removed, new felt and battens, and tiles re-fixed, replacing all broken with matching reclaimed tiles. Builders are working closely with planning on reinstating any rotten timbers! Looking great! 😎

😎😎 We always post what happens onsite, but never post what happens before the job starts, Here's a little video of us fabricating our single-ply trims at the yard ready for the week ahead. Wet our measures first then cut or trims to size, then we bend our trims to the angles required, Simple!!! This allows us to keep our cost of materials down so we can pass these savings onto our clients! 😎😎
