We strip back 1.5m replace the felt & batten while also checking all structural timbers underneath, before we do any cement work.

A returning customer jokingly asked if we could change their roof window to an opening/fire escape door…. Of course we can. Slates removed, small walkway areas built and weathered in using Rapid roof pro. New UPVC door/window fitted and sealed. Lead and slates made good to match. 🔥🍸

Breathable membrane together with counter batten creates that air flow.

Jutland dark grey slates and a new overlay in the gully’s and on the firewalls. Completed for Forward Property Maintenance
