Interesting job completed today, called to report of leaking toilet under floor causing tiles to crack, client also mentioned there was sounds from behind wall at night they thought was maybe rodents?🤷🏻‍♂️ Removed Wc to find rats had eaten their way out of pan connector and were travelling around stud walls at night! 🐀 we removed WC tiles and rotten flooring, allowed pest control in who caught 2 rats, a rat blocker was installed, we installed new timber flirt and retired before Refitting WC using solid pipework.
