JOB VACANCY: WINDOW FITTER’S MATE / EXPERIENCED WINDOW FITTER

Enviroframes Windows and Doors is a family run firm based in Meopham Kent.

Location: Sites across Kent, Surrey & London
Job Type: Self-Employed (CIS Registered)

Schedule:
•Monday – Friday (Some weekend work available)

We are currently seeking a Window Fitter’s Mate with at least 3 years’ experience OR an Experienced Window Fitter to join our growing team.

Pay:
•Window Fitter’s Mate: £120 per day
•Experienced Window Fitter: £150 per day

Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in window fitting or assisting
•CIS registered (self-employed)
•Own transport essential
•Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
•Comfortable working at heights
•Willing to travel to various sites across Kent, Surrey, and London

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants consistent work with a respected company.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be in good health and able to lift heavy windows and doors, along with other materials.

Key responsibilities include:
•Assisting with removal of existing product
•Assisting with fitting of windows, doors, bifolds and conservatories
•Loading / unloading deliveries
•Ensuring customers homes are left clean and tidy upon completion of the installation

Honest, reliable and punctual Window fitters mate / labourer required for immediate start. Own vehicle required or ability to get to Meopham by 7am each day to be taken to site

We cover SE London and Kent and successful applicant will be required to make own way to some jobs on occasion. Some labouring experience required

This position is offered on a Self employed basis and applicants must have CIS UTR number. Monday - Friday with some Saturdays, opportunity to learn a trade and earn additional money as your experience and competence grows.

The safety of our customers and our workers is our top priority. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have had to temporarily cease installations until further notice in line with Government advice. At this stage, we do not know when we will be able to re-open but we will keep our customers updated throughout this period. We will regularly be reviewing the situation and will re-open as soon as possible, in line with Government advice.

When we do reopen, we will work hard to resume our normal level of service. We would like to reassure our customers who have paid deposits for work that the work will go ahead as soon as we are advised that we can re-open, and your deposits are safe under the Insured Windows Guarantee scheme in the event of anything going wrong.
