Can you really fix my boiler for £85.00?
Yes, where a problem can be fixed without parts or by replacing simple parts that we carry in our vans, a repair will only cost you £85.00.
If it turns out to be a bigger job, can you still fix it?
Yes, we’ll give you a no obligation fixed price after your diagnosis, from the price list below. If we can get the part easily, we can fix it straight away, otherwise we’ll order it in and fix it as soon as it’s available.
What do I get for my £85.00?
One of our experienced Gas Safe registered repair engineers will come to your home and complete a 1-hour inspection and diagnosis of your boiler, so you'll know exactly what's wrong. If your boiler can then be fixed without additional parts within the 1-hour inspection, we'll complete the fix for you - all within the £85.00 fee.
If we can't complete the fix within the hour, we'll give you a no obligation fixed price quote to complete the work based on the type of repair we need to complete. You can see these prices on our repair webpage.
Are the repair quotes fixed, or will I have to pay unexpected additional fees?
The price you see is the price you'll pay. We don't charge extra or have any hidden fees to fix the issue that has been diagnosed. If your boiler has another fault (outside of what we have repaired), or develops another fault, we will issue you with another quote for that work. We'll also help you decide when the best time is to replace your boiler if it has recurring issues.
Is the repair work covered by a guarantee?
As part of your repair, we include a 1-year workmanship guarantee for any work that directly relates to the repair.
All parts used are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
What if my boiler is beyond economic repair?
If we deem your boiler beyond economic repair during the 1-hour inspection and diagnosis, we'll provide you with a no obligation quote to get a replacement boiler with us.
On top of this, we'll refund you the £85.00 inspection fee if you decide to replace your boiler with us.
What happens if the issue is covered by my boiler warranty?
If we find that your issue is covered by your warranty before we come round to complete the inspection, we won't charge you anything. If through the inspection and diagnosis process, we find that the issue is covered by your warranty, you will only be charged the initial £85.00 inspection fee.
