Leaking boiler? We've got you covered 💧

We were recently called out to an Ideal Logic Combi 24 boiler that had an ongoing issue with water dripping from underneath.
After diagnosing the fault, we found a small pinhole in the flue manifold causing a constant leak inside the boiler casing.

✅Replaced the faulty part

✅System back up and running safely with no issues

Good afternoon ☀️

This morning we have replaced this split main Heat Exchanger in this Worcester Greenstar boiler, the split was causing oxidisation to occur and had coated the heat exchanger causing the boiler to shut down shortly after ignition due to it over heating ❌. After replacing the heat exchanger we the carried out flue gas analysis to make sure the boiler is burning safely and correctly 🔥

This morning we replaced a faulty gas valve on an Ideal Logic System S24. The faulty valve was causing an incorrect gas/air mixture, which resulted in a high-pitch whistling noise whenever the boiler modulated during heating. After fitting the new gas valve and fully testing the system, the whistling noise was resolved ✅🔥

Once the new fan was fitted, we tested the system and carried out a flue gas analysis to confirm everything was working correctly and burning safely ✅ The boiler is now back up and running, providing hot water and heating to the café 🔥
