We love what we do and we will always go the extra mile. Lovely feedback from another happy customer.

Sorry we don’t update this page much but frankly we are too busy making sure our customers are happy and working hard to create their vision for them.

Marketing always falls by the wayside during busy times and we very rarely advertise our services as the work diary is kept full with our word of mouth recommendations.

These lovely customers came to us on recommendation from their neighbour who used us after being recommended by her daughter. The chain progresses and we couldn’t be prouder of the reputation we have built over the years.

Hi All, it's been a while as we've been so incredibly busy but one of our lovely customers has asked us to share their review of our services but they don't do social media so emailed it over.

Boarding the attic, painting, wall papering, fencing, building fitted wardrobes, new bathrooms.
Professional, reliable, reassuring, knowledgeable, solution orientated.
You can be assured of a reliable, reassuring and quality service from M J Stanford building services. From the moment Matt came to assess the work, he made us feel comfortable and confident; he listened to what we wanted, giving suggestions and helpful advice. Lisa guided us to suitable products and was happy to order them on our behalf even sharing discounts. MJS provide a complete service with access to an electrician, plumber and even a tiler as required so there was no need for us to source these separately which we really appreciated.

We have had a range of work undertaken by Matt and Paul, most recently painting, wall papering and boarding the attic. We left the keys with Matt and not only was the work completed to a very high standard but I can honestly say the house was cleaner than when we left it. We really appreciated Matt keeping in touch and suggesting solutions to issues that arose that were not of his making. We are delighted with the work and would wholeheartedly recommend M J Stanford and Carpentry services. Thank you

We enjoyed helping out local florist Georgia Flowers by creating a bespoke stand for a tribute.

As you can see Georgia was very happy with the end result.

Wow, we haven’t posted for a while but my goodness Matthew and the team have been busy.

One question we get asked a lot is do we do plastering. Well yes we do.

We are booking into October now with a few small gaps held back for urgent jobs. So don’t delay if you would like an estimate get in touch.
