Phase two of heli bar crack reinforcement for a large retirement building in Aldridge, we chased out stitches for the 1m bars to be fitted 50cm either side of the virtual crack. All cracks reinforced with helical bars and fully encapsulated in helibar resin and then pointed with mortar to finish.

🚨 Emergency call out for a customer in Sutton Coldfield who had a leak from the heating system on there radiator, we arrived within the hour and drained the remaining water from the system, then removed and replaced the faulty part, we re-filled the system and set the pressure to the correct amount.

Pooling water on the undertile felt causing water ingress which in turn led to damp and mould on the interior of this flat, we stripped back enough tiles to install some eve support trays which will rectify this problem.

The pooling was traced back to missing pointing inbetween the ridge tiles which ment when it rains water would flow in and run down and pool at the eves, we grinded out all loose mortar and re-pointed all the ridges.

We also removed and replaced some broken tiles to keep up the maintenance on this roof.
