Here we have a small plot of mixed hardwood woodland planted in the early 90’s that had not been touched since

We have completed its first thin removing all irregular shaped and damaged trees
Leaving us with a crop of trees that can be worked to create healthy and productive growth for the future

Low impact low damage to the ground which will increase biodiversity and undergrowth regeneration

Hear we have some locally sourced Timber that came from a wind blown tree in the storms and this is the simple yet efficient process that the wood goes through to start it’s drying ready for your log burner or open fire 🔥🔥🪵🔥🔥
