It was a hard project, with setting out the alignment of the large format tile from the top of the ceiling and working our way down to trimming a tile for the baseline cut , installing the tiles with adhesive onto the background and also spreading adhesive onto each tile and checking contact for all coverage!

Application of primer to floorboards and a layer of S2 grey adhesive and press 6MM Hardi-backer, to floorboards and screw in a grid formation to strengthen floorboards in support for floor tiles, self levelling to porch , to bring up to level,

Install 30cm x 30cm porcelain floor tiles “Troy Agran” Matt Multi pattern tiles available from B&Q for £21 per sq meter
