Drainage done properly. From the survey through to the last flagstone.
The CCTV survey showed the problem straight away. The clay drain under this patio had collapsed underground. The pipe had broken apart, so there was nothing left to jet clear.
That's the difference that matters on a job like this. A blockage you can clear in an afternoon. A broken pipe has to come out of the ground.
Which is the part homeowners dread, because the drain ran straight under a patio they'd paid good money for. Sandstone flags, block-paved borders, all of it sitting right on top of the problem.
So we lifted it.
The team broke through the paving and dug down to the failed clay pipe. Out it came, and new uPVC runs and junctions went in, bedded and backfilled properly so the ground around them holds.
Then the bit that takes time. Putting it all back.
Every flag and block reset, levels and edges matched to what was there before. The drain works again, and the patio looks like nobody ever touched it.
