The Maintenance Team are looking for a bright, talented, energetic and experienced individual to join our very busy head office team in Borehamwood as a senior property manager.
The Maintenance Team provide property repairs and services to a large and diverse range of clients including letting agents, block managers, commercial facilities and domestic properties operated by private portfolio landlords in and around West Midland, Herts, North and Central London.
Candidates suitable for the role will have had previous and extensive experience in professional property maintenance management and/or property management.
We are looking for individuals who possess exceptional capabilities in a number of areas including attention to detail, multi-tasking, logistical planning, time keeping, organisational, and interpersonal tasks.
Examples of daily duties:
• Liaising with our field team to manage jobs, materials and general issues
• Booking appointments with property occupiers and contractors
• Managing work schedules and job diaries
• Processing of job data and communicating updates to client
• Ordering and management of stock
• Managing of key client accounts and bespoke requirements
• Management of short notice changes and resolving problems 'on the spot'
• Actively seeking solutions to overcome and prevent issues in the workplace
• Identify and develop business relationships, both new and existing
• Data processing and record management within our company CRM
• Management of company logisitcs
• Handling customer queries and issues
• Proficient in the use of email (Microsoft outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A general understanding of property management is essential
• An underpinning knowledge of property maintenance and its various technical aspects is preferred
