AI joinery have just completed another successful project for a housing provider within an over 55s housing scheme.

Works completed included:
• Installation of new GRP Flex balcony floor system
• Metalwork modifications to handrails to ensure compliance with current requirements
• Installation of external Tudor-style panelling
• New ridge system installed to the external roof and all new guttering
• Fire stopping works to cupboards
• Fire stopping works to soffits
• Safe asbestos removal

This scheme was successfully managed from start to finish by AI Joinery & Shopfitting Ltd, with all works carried out by our in-house team. All fire stopping works were completed by AI Joinery & Shopfitting Ltd to the highest standards of compliance and safety.

A strong and positive start to the new financial year for AI Joinery and Shopfitting Limited.

We are pleased to have secured a full drylining package for a local council, supporting the delivery of quality homes for the community 🏗️

In addition, we have been awarded a full joinery and fire door package with a tier one contractor at an RAF base 🔧🚪

We have also secured a kitchen fitting framework scheme for council housing, running over the next two years 🏡

Finally, we are excited to be delivering a bespoke joinery , joinery and fire door package for a very VIP client — a project we are particularly looking forward to sharing as it progresses 👀

This framework project has involved the upgrade and compliance of over 800 fire doors, helping to ensure a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors. All associated fire stopping works have been carried out strictly in accordance with project specifications and BM TRADA standards🔨🔨

We’re currently delivering ongoing fire door maintenance and installation frameworks for two housing providers, covering areas from Middlesbrough through to Berwick-upon-Tweed.

🏠 Project underway in Cramlington
We’ve just started work on 103 warmer roofs for a local housing provider.
Our joiners ,roofers and scaffolders are on site, getting things moving, with all works being carried out by our Fatra-accredited team using trusted Fatra roofing systems.
Looking forward to delivering warmer, more energy-efficient homes for residents. 💪

🏛️ Listed Building Window Refurbishment🏛️

We’ve recently completed specialist works on this beautiful listed building, carrying out traditional window refurbishments along with replacement to the box gutter system.
All work was completed with care and attention to detail, preserving the character of the building while improving performance and longevity.
We also completed all the painting works to give it the new clean bright look 🖌️

We don’t usually take on many domestic projects due to the volume of commercial works however this was bespoke and unique so we couldn’t turn this opportunity down.
