I've done a load of work for this landlord over the years and we have a great relationship.

This gate was rotten in parts, it had dropped on its hinges and it was a struggle to open and close.
In between tenants is always an ideal time for repairs and improvements and this was the case here.
Cheap and cheerful replacement gate made on site, fitted and all done before dinner.
The waste timber gate was cut up and removed.
I also squeezed a bit of pointing work in and I cleaned out the gutters as they were blocked with plant matter, all as requested.
