For this job, we fully stripped off the existing felt flat roof and installed a brand-new EPDM rubber roofing system, providing the customer with a durable, watertight, and long-lasting flat roof solution.

We also fitted new fascias and guttering to match, giving the property a clean, professional finish while improving the overall roofline and rainwater management.

✅ Another job completed today for our happy customers!

This property had ridge tiles in poor condition, with missing pointing, loose ridges, and cement falling out across the roof. Left untreated, this could have caused further damage to the roof and created potential hazards.

Our team has now rebedded the ridge tiles that needed re-bedding, repointed all the ridge tiles across the whole property, and pointed the valleys on the apex. This has helped keep the roof secure, weatherproof, and doing exactly what it should — protecting the home and keeping it dry.

The rest of the roof is in good condition, so carrying out this maintenance now helps prevent bigger problems and more costly repairs in the future.

We recently completed the installation of a full EPDM rubber roofing system on a roof that had been suffering from ongoing leaks for some time.

After stripping back the failed roof covering, we installed a durable EPDM rubber system designed to provide a long-lasting, weatherproof finish and reliable protection against further water ingress.

As part of the works, we also fitted internal cladding boards to the ceiling area to leave the inside looking clean, tidy, and much improved.

Take a look at our latest project — a full re-roof completed to a professional standard.

The existing roof had reached the end of its serviceable life, so we carried out a full strip and re-roof, removing the old tiles, underfelt, battens, and ridge tiles before installing a completely renewed roofing system.

Works carried out included:
• Breathable membrane
• Eaves support trays
• Pressure-treated battens
• Thin profile concrete roof tiles, selected by the customer after we provided tile samples
• Dry ridge system
• Code 4 leadwork to the chimney, including soakers and step flashings
• Fascias, soffits, and guttering fitted in Black Ash
