Cut brickwork out to fit new french doors
New electrics fully plastered new kitchen and utility and new flooring

Wow what a great trip just short of 700 miles round trip to Polperro in Cornwall to a holiday cottage to replace all rotten decking with all new treated timber subframe and the latest in composite decking with composite handrails newell posts and spindles

Nice job gutted a bungalow completely to form four en-suite bedrooms,new kitchen ,large lounge, new windows with sliding patio doors,porch to front of bungalow and a large extension with lantern roof to rear with patio areas both sides for the outside living

New kitchen job
Taking wall out between kitchen and dinner,putting a RSJ in to support floor joist building stud wall with double doors,cutting two white upvc into the wall for more light ,kitchen is anthracite grey with a copper trim for handleless doors and the latest in worktops composite white with under mounted sink and grooves in top for draining board and new glazed internal doors

Nice little job removing Centre wall to make a large kitchen diner which involved putting to pieces of steal in to support back of house,fire Proof plaster board around steal,insulated soil pipe to reduce sound and plastered to a smooth finish all to building regulations
