Get a load of this one!! This garden had been left to its own devices for about a year and needed taming, majorly!! Bit of hard work and determination and we've got it back to its former glory, mostly. A little bit of a touch up next week and it'll be lovely again.

What a tough few days it's been getting this garden cleared, a massive tidy up!!

What an amazing difference, giving this family their garden back to be able to use.

Unfortunately, close to the end of the clearance, a birds nesting area was found amongst the growth and so clearing that area ground to a stop and the area will be left until nesting season has ended, when I hope to return to finish the clearance. Other than that, another job well done, with happy customers again!! 😀

Very very rarely do I get caught working a Sunday, but this was necessary.

This property had suffered water damage, resulting in flaking paint and discolouration, so we had to remove all flaky paint, fill it out and sand it smooth and stain block/seal it before being able to make a start painting. Once the painting started, more paint started to flake off in different areas, making this job a bit longer than it should have been.

I'm glad to be able to say that it's all taken care of now, as well as making good on window boards and reveals and a scratched internal door....with yet again another happy customer!!

What a dreadful day to be working outside. Still, needs must!!

The fencing at this property had a number of issues. 4 post were rotten and the repair spurs were loose in the ground, so all 4 post with spurs were removed and replaced with nice new posts. Further up there was 2 posts that were set way off level so they had to be removed and reset level so that the fence panel could be replaced and have good structural integrity. We also had 3 rather damaged fence panels that needed replacing. All in all, been hard work but it's paid off in the finishing result.

Apparently I've become primarily a decorator over the last few months, it seems I've got a brush in my hand at least once a week. I enjoy doing it, especially when you get to look at the before and after pictures.

Check this one out, this bungalow just needed a little freshen up and a bit of warmth adding so we went from white to magnolia, coated the ceiling, glossed the skirts and door frames and a fresh coat of varnish on the doors and it's looking nice and homely, with another very satisfied customer.

A couple of different jobs today. First job was to repaint a bathroom with white silk and satinwood on the woodwork, as well as prep and painting window board.

After the bathroom I was on to removing and old broken door canopy an installing a new, fibreglass lead effect canopy, bring a bit more curb appeal to this property.

Been a busy day of putting homely items up, namely:
•7 Shelves
•5 light shades, Inc. Shortening 3 pendant cables
•4 canvas prints
•3 curtain poles with curtains
•2 LED lights
•2 vinyl stickers
•2 toy hammocks
•TV LEDs
•Changed a flick switch for a dimmer switch
Plus a few other little bits.

Plus there's a room that I decorated a month or so back that I didn't get a after photos of until today.

This is one I'm very pleased with the outcome of. This is the surprise decorating that I posted about last week.

How great of a transformation is this?
