✨Can’t beat a gutter clean before the winter comes! Get rid of all moss and greenery out these plastic gutters for a customer✨
✨customer also had a bad leak on a union that people have repaired in the past that hasn’t worked! Now been coated with a liquid fibreglass that will stop the leak for good✨

✨Customer had a gas pipe fitted, roof tiles was cut to close to pipe, causing a lot of pressure on the rubber pushing it onto the pipe, I called out and cut the tile back a few inches , so there was no pressure on the rubber, further down the line would’ve caused the rubber to split and then be a leak✨

So after I recently completed a job at a customers house, I recommended they had the other side of bay window ridges re-done, as the others had come away from the existing Mortar!
So I installed new hip iron, baby ridges re bed and pointed back on✨

▪️Re-Lead all soakers/flashings
