What began as a single flat has been transformed into two modern, stylish studio apartments designed to maximise both space and guest experience.

This project presented its fair share of challenges along the way, requiring creative solutions, careful planning, and plenty of determination from the team. Despite the obstacles, we remained focused on delivering our client’s vision and the results speak for themselves.

We’re incredibly proud of how Studio 1 has turned out and grateful to our client for trusting us throughout the process.

A renovation does not have to stop at the back door.

A question we get asked occasionally is whether the outdoor space can be included in a renovation project.

The answer is yes and more often than not it should be. A rear extension or ground floor reconfiguration that opens onto a garden creates a natural opportunity to address the outdoor space at the same time. Doing both together is almost always more efficient, and the result is a home where inside and outside feel like they were designed as one.
