🚧 Driveway Transformation Complete! ✨🏡

Another happy customer and what a difference this one made! 🙌

We ripped out the old, uneven block paving and completely transformed it into a modern, clean-looking driveway. The original drive had sunk badly, especially in the bottom right corner where water constantly pooled because the old ACO drainage system had failed. 💧❌

What we did:

- 🚜 Removed the entire old block paved driveway
- 🪨 Installed a 200mm Type 1 sub-base for strength and stability
- 🔨 Laid an 80mm finish stone
- ⬛ Added a stunning charcoal block border around the entire perimeter
- 🌧️ Corrected the levels and drainage to eliminate future water pooling

The result is a strong, long-lasting driveway with a fresh modern finish—and best of all, no more water issues! 💯

We’ve just finished this absolutely fantastic garden makeover for a lovely couple — and what a transformation it turned out to be! 👌

📏 Over 70m² of premium grey Indian sandstone
⬛ Finished with a sleek charcoal block border
✨ Completed beautifully with basil grout for that perfect clean finish

🌱 We also:

Removed the old grass area
Installed 10 tonnes of triple-grade topsoil
Finished with high-quality grass seed for a fresh new lawn

💚✨ FROM A TIRED 20-YEAR-OLD PATIO… TO A STUNNING OUTDOOR TRANSFORMATION! ✨💚

The original patio had been down for approximately 20 years and had become tired, outdated and ready for a complete transformation.

🔨 We removed everything and rebuilt the entire area properly from the ground up, making sure the finished patio was not only beautiful but also strong, solid and built to last.

🚜 THE PREPARATION

🗑️ Around 25 tonnes of soil, rubble and waste removed
🪨 Approximately 15 tonnes of Type 1 stone installed
⚙️ Type 1 fully compacted to create a solid sub-base
📏 Ground carefully levelled and prepared
💪 Strong foundations created for a long-lasting finish

🧱 THE INSTALLATION

✨ Premium 600mm x 900mm Raj Blend sandstone paving
🟫 Beautiful matching Raj block edging
🏡 New pathway installed from the front of the bungalow
➡️ Paving continued all the way around the property
🌿 Spacious new patio area created at the rear
🎨 Finished with stylish mushroom-coloured grout
🧹 Entire area cleaned and professionally finished
