Meet Kenny, one of our Spa Technicians, and the man who keeps everything running exactly as it should.

If your hot tub is heating perfectly, your jets are doing their job, and everything works… there’s a good chance Kenny’s had something to do with it.

His days are a mix of installs, servicing, fault-finding and the occasional “that doesn’t sound right” call. Pumps, pipework, electrics, he’s seen it all and knows exactly what to look for.

It’s not the glamorous side of spa life, but it’s the bit that makes the difference between a hot tub you enjoy… and one that becomes a headache.

Quietly sorting problems, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure you get that proper switch-off time when you step in.

23 years. That’s how long this whirlpool bath lasted before it was finally time to say goodbye.

We recently removed the old spa, handled the full disposal, and replaced it with a brand new whirlpool bath J-375, all in one smooth process from showroom floor to final install.

No stress for the customer. No “what do we do with the old one?”. Just an easy change over, done properly.
