Was contacted to investigate some issues on some sockets in an upstairs bedroom.
After taking the time to check them thoroughly I came across this little beauty below showing a burnt out neutral connection.
Could have so easily been much worse and a huge fire risk as the photos show.
All sorted now and customer has booked in for a full inspection on their family home.
