Another gutter clean in Bd10

Yet again we was out cleaning and fixing another gutter, these gutter weren’t too bad some build up of moss in the back gutter and a few fixing missing and incorrect fitment of fittings,

All clean off repaired all sealed another one done another customer satisfied

We also gained more work to do on this customers property whilst we were there

We had a call out yesterday,

For a gutter clear out and repair

Unfortunately we didn’t get many pictures as we discovered a lot of problems and fixed som external issues with the roof

But we cleared the gutters and removed wrong fittings on guttering and fixed 6 new clips aswell to support down pipe,

Down pipe was sat on the floor backing up any moss that was coming down the fall pipe

We carried out some work in Bd10 yesterday half panelled walls with picture rail on top

What an uplift to this room, this is fitted I. Customers porch area the main entrance too her home and guests where greeted by cluttered up shoes in organised mess and mix match colours

Now it’s warm and welcoming with half pannelled walls picture rail on top with a brown mocha colour you give it that nice finishing touch

Are you sick of wondering how much is it going to cost to get my gutter cleared out, we’ve made it pretty simple for you,

Single story house (bungalows) £70

Two story houses semi detached £100

Three story houses from £140

This covers semi detached house terrace houses 2-3 side gutters

Detached house will be an extra charge of 20 pound and 4 sides of gutters

Sealing of gutters is free of charge

Replacement of gutter lengths or fittings clips etc will be charged on top of cleaning price prices vary depending on style of gutter this will be discussed on the day before any works commence

We also fit fascias and soffits aswell as gutters

Please do not hesitate to ask any questions if necessary here to help

Another guttering done today Bd10

Leaking on corner and backed up down pipes with screws in the down pipe holding the down pipe up too the gutter

screws in fitments are a no, It is so easy for moss to catch on them and cause your down pipe to clog up

All corrected with 3 need bracket for down pipe fitted and 2 new obtuse bends to down pipe all sealed and glued up properly

We cleared out some gutter yesterday

Customers gutters was full of sand,

all sand removed and only back section had moss growning 🛠

All removed and cleaned up their gutter was connected too their neighbours which their down pipe was blocked up and even had weeds growing out of it we emptied out the down pipe which isn’t the customers responsibility but we did it too allow flow of our customers water freely down the down the pipe 💧💧

re sealed connection between the gutters and now the customers water can escape from the gutter

Customers soil pipe was loose on three brackets all three clips were screwed back and screws painted black too match soil pipe

We carried out repairs in the house aswell we changed the bathroom taps fixed some leaks and fit new cooker catch too oven door 🏠‼️‼️

We aim to fix all your issues we are not a one trade company we specialise in being multi skilled customer was pleased that all her problems that she were having was amended in one day

Found some issues with her property and advised on what to do next render has popped due too a leak on soil pipe, damp behind washer due too a leak and the oven is situated next too it and main stop tap is full of calcium, meaning stop tap has a small leak advised on all three issues but customer was overall happy with her experience and works carried out

New door installed with a key safe for easier access incase anything like this happens again

Upvc with a nice big vision panel too let more light in
