we then laid some large tiles from the kitchen through to the extension and utility room .

Nice little cupboard knocked through in the loft eaves to creat much needed extra space the stair wall knocked out and replaced with new bespoke spindles fit.

This is fully insulated with an electric supply into the building and has beautiful oak LVT flooring throughout.
