well lid, customer had a dog that was jumping inside where a rotten lid was falling apart. they didn't know what to do with it, i made this cover that can be used to put a plant in the middle and pots round the outside or could double up as a seat. customer very happy they got me back for another job a week later

amazing looking tiles. installed on a wooden floor, 25mm ply, covered with hardi backer board, this will never crack. 2 radiators moved with all coper pipe work run, kitchen sink pipework tidied up so will look nice in the new kitchen cupboards, old chimney that someone partially removed one side bricked up. lintel installed and plastered over ready for paint and kitchen installation.

end of tenancy minor issues, mould and water staining was in the top left from a leak, shower needed resealing. tenant received their deposit back. i dealt with the landlord to speed up the process and ensure they were happy with the work carried out.

this is what happens when a toilet cracks and goes un noticed for a years. entire floor boarding replaced, new lino and then a new toilet. job carried out for repeat customer landlord who lives elsewhere in the county and just lets me know when something is required and i arrange with the tenants to sort it out for them.
