Back at the B&B in Coggeshall last week working on the lounge. Mould taken care of. Damp patch taken care of.

Mould killer spray and anti-mould paint used.
On the water damage I scrapped it back then stabilised it then used a stain blocker.

Paint used is dulux trade colour sheek shadow.
