Just 4 weeks ago, we were given the challenge of transforming a set of abandoned stables into a fully refurbished facility ready to accommodate up to 10 horses.

This project required:

✅New Roof in corrugated metal sheeting

✅ Removal and replacement of large amounts of rotten timber

✅ Installation of a brand-new kitchen
✅ Installation of a new bathroom

✅ Extensive refurbishment throughout

We’re proud to say the project is now nearing completion, and our clients can finally move their horses in and get back to training.

A huge thank you goes to our fantastic clients, trusted suppliers, and everyone involved in helping make this project a success. It has been a pleasure working with you all.

We recently completed another fantastic project for some wonderful customers looking to get their garden summer-ready. With an existing patio already in place, they wanted to make better use of the space by adding a practical vegetable patch and a fresh, lush lawn area.

Our team installed an oak railway sleeper raised bed, perfect for flowers or growing vegetables, before laying quality topsoil and fresh new turf to bring the garden to life. To finish the project, we created railway sleeper steps, filled with concrete then Indian sandstone slabs bedded on mortar, and CT1 Power, Grab and Bond to adhere the slabs to the sleepers for a durable and stylish finish.

After a great few weeks working alongside a fantastic local construction team, we’re now back focusing on our own projects – and kicking things off with this brilliant garage conversion 👇

Our customer in Braunton got in touch looking to transform their unused garage into a functional home gym. After discussing their ideas and how they wanted to use the space, we agreed the best approach would be to fully board out the garage using stud work, along with insulating both the walls and ceiling to create a comfortable, usable environment all year round.

We also installed a new timber partition wall to separate the front section of the garage. This meant the customer could still keep a handy storage area, while gaining a dedicated gym space at the rear – a great balance of practicality and lifestyle improvement 💪

The finished result is something the customer is really pleased with, and we’re proud to have delivered another high-quality project.

Against All Odds…

Battling the weather over the last few days, a few slips later we have completed these railway sleeper steps for some amazing clients in Goodleigh.

Our Clients got in touch asking us to complete the pathway to their clubhouse and pool at the top of their garden, after a quick discussion we decided railway sleeper steps would be the best option.

We got to work installing them and they are very happy they can get to the top of their garden without any trouble.

Our customer in Croyde got in touch looking to transform an underused space into something far more practical. After talking through the options, we chose Indian Sandstone, the perfect fit to complement the surrounding stonework and keep everything in theme.

A renovation project we began in autumn involved a garden room extension, creating space for a new bathroom. The works included installing foundations along with drainage for the shower, WC, and basin.

We then moved on to fitting the wall plates and roof structure. Once the roof was complete, we installed DPM throughout, followed by 150mm insulation, and finished with a screed, providing a solid and level base.

We completed the stud work, adding extra noggins to allow for vertical internal cladding.
