MDF Cupboards done right doesn’t take a lot of preparation. Minor filling and most importantly sanding between coats provides a smooth finish and can make gloss almost like a mirror finish! 🪞 ✨

This project was to match Howdens kitchen cabinets, and now it felt intentionally placed rather than the look like a forgotten cupboard. Also making good for an airing cupboard that was outdated and dusty into a fresh and clean place to store stress free!

A nice freshen up for Dawn, a returning client!

Using Zinsser Perma-White, we repaired numerous settlement cracks and general wall damage, quickly transforming this dated space into a bright, fresh and modern hallway

As well as door colour changes from white to RAL 7044. Priming these oak doors with Zinsser BIN, caulking and 2 top coats of Vaslpar Premium Eggshell gives this a more modern and bespoke design, it really speaks for itself in the before and after!


Also replaced the damaged hatch (which damaged me in the process 🤣🫢) using MDF and Zinsser BIN to lock that grain in before finishing it with the ceiling!

A huge job completed for Gordon, although it was a small room it required a LOT of preparation. Monotonous sanding, filling and priming. Filling again and sanding again. To ensure this job lost all of the visible defects and cracks from settlement.

Tested my patience but we got there and the result is speaks for itself!

A freshen up for Terry completed (2 months ago 😬🤣)

The woodwork and walls were in a good enough condition just to lightly sand and fine fill, however a few corners were cracking where a join in plasterboard was.

After raking the corners out, I’ve filled the cracks with fill flex to provide reinforcements in the crack, then scrim to prevent any crack appearing again and filling flush and feathering in these corners to make it like I never did it!

I also didn’t have much time to take photos during as timing was essential to get the job done in time 🫣

Woodwork received the most minimal prep work I’ve ever done which is a good thing as it never is the case in new builds however it still looks better than before! Toping it off with some sharp cutting in!
