Couple of years ago, I was having 2 bathrooms done int he same house at the same time

1 was £10k and the other was £7,000

And someone commented “What are they difference prices though - red flag 🚩”

I thought they were joking so I just dropped the 😆 emoji in response

They were serious 🫪

There is no “price” for a bathroom

You can bodge one up for around a grand if you ship about, maybe even less

Or you can spend 100’s of thousands on one

The drivers for the price, in the main, will be the spec and the time required to install the spec

Who wants a kitchen? This one required multiple trades and specialists. Jack O'Grady-Tye for the demo of the wall, steel beam install and plastering. Steve Bissel for the engineering and design. Mark at Stoneage Masonry for the stunning work surfaces. A hand full of electricians and my good self. A few bits still to finish but it’s basically done.

As much as I hate laying it, the herringbone floor sets it off.

The clients are awesome to deal with. So chilled.

Random day job. I’ll do anything to make sure my clients are comfortable and happy with what I deliver. This amazing lady asked me to cut a door way in an old shed, replace the floor and make an easy space for her to park her mobility scooter. She needed a demonstration, so I filmed it and ran back to the lounge room to watch it with her. I think we had a win. Loraine is a legend.

She wasn’t happy that I took a slight right turn in so made me do it again 🤣🤣❤️.
