Removal of the existing heat-only boiler, loft tanks, and undersized hot water cylinder, making way for a modern, efficient system built for longterm performance and reliability.

A new ecoTEC plus boiler has been installed alongside a 300 litre Unistore cylinder from Vaillant. Control is provided via sensoCOMFORT with VR71, delivering fully weather-compensated heating across 4 floors, with hot water priority to suit changing demands.

The hot water cylinder operates at 45 degrees to maximise efficiency and reduce running costs, a weekly legionella cycle is in place for safety without unnecessary energy use.

Aquabion has been installed for longterm chemical free limescale control. While Elexion resin filter ensures full compliance with VDI 2035, protecting the system through correct heating water quality control.

Boiler positioning, pipework routes and the cylinder layout have all been carefully planned with future extensions and room redevelopment in mind, allowing the system to evolve alongside the property. .uk

All existing tanks, the hot water cylinder, and the heat only boiler were removed from the property.
A 350L Salamander TankBoost system was installed to provide strong, consistent mains water performance throughout the home.

For long term protection and water quality, the system now includes an Aquabion for limescale control and an Elexion unit for continuous heating water conditioning ensuring perfect pH, removed minerals, low uscm and lasting system health.

A 40kW combination boiler with weather compensation was fitted for maximum efficiency and reliable hot water delivery. Existing radiators were repositioned and triple convector radiators were installed to significantly improve heat output.

Finally, the entire heating system was fully flushed, treated and commissioned, ready for the owner’s return.
